Inner Life Work (“Inner Life Work,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital storefront operated by Bitini Pannell, LPC, in the State of Texas, United States. We sell therapist-designed worksheets, journals, and printable and fillable resources as instant digital downloads.
This policy explains what information we collect when you visit innerlifework.com, buy a product, or request a free resource; why we collect it; who else handles it; and what you can ask us to do with it.
Scope of this policy
This policy covers the website innerlifework.com and the products sold through it. It does not cover any clinical or counseling services provided separately by Bitini Pannell, LPC, or by any affiliated practice. Those services are governed by their own notice of privacy practices, provided at the time of care.
Inner Life Work products are educational materials, not health care. We are not acting as your therapist, counselor, or health care provider when you buy or use them, and the information you give us here is not protected health information under HIPAA.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Order information. When you buy a product or claim a free resource, we collect your name, email address, and billing address. Billing address is used to satisfy payment-processor requirements and to determine any applicable sales tax.
- Account information. If you choose to create an account, we store your name, email address, and a hashed password. Accounts are optional — guest checkout is available for every product.
- Email list information. If you opt in to our email list, we store your email address, the source of the signup, and the date and time you consented.
- Messages you send us. If you contact us by email or through a form on the site, we keep the message and your reply address so we can respond.
Information collected automatically
- Technical and usage data. IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is standard web-server and security logging.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See Cookies below.
Payment information we do not collect
We never see or store your full card number, card expiry, or security code. Card details are entered directly into a form hosted by our payment processor and are transmitted to them, not to us. What we receive back is a transaction reference, the result, the last four digits of the card, and the card brand.
Why we use your information

Marketing email and consent
Buying a product does not subscribe you to marketing email. Downloading a free resource does not subscribe you to marketing email. Marketing email requires a separate, explicit opt-in, which you give by ticking a box or filling in a signup form.
Transactional messages are different: if you place an order, we will send you the order confirmation and download links regardless of your marketing preferences, because that email is the delivery of the product you bought.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, and it takes effect immediately. You can also email us and we will remove you.
Cookies
We use the following categories of cookie:
- Strictly necessary. Cart contents, checkout state, and login sessions. The store cannot function without these.
- Performance and caching. Our caching layer sets cookies to serve the correct version of a page to logged-in versus logged-out visitors.
- Security. Spam filtering on forms and comments.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break the cart and checkout.
Analytics
We do not currently run third-party advertising or behavioural tracking on this site. If we add website analytics, we will update this policy and state which provider is in use before that provider begins collecting data.
Who else handles your information
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the store, and only for that purpose. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Each of these providers processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
International transfers
Inner Life Work operates from the United States and our providers store data in the United States and, in some cases, the European Union. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
How long we keep information

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
- Withdraw consent to marketing email at any time.
- Ask us not to sell or share your information — we do neither, for any visitor.
- Be free from retaliation for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email contact@innerlifework.com with the email address you used on the site. We will respond within the time required by the law that applies to you. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, which usually means replying from the email address on the account or order.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our products are not directed at children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Purchased files are delivered through a controlled download route rather than from a publicly listable folder. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the size of this store and the data it holds.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the “last updated” date at the top. If the change is significant — for example adding a new category of data or a new provider — we will say so on this page and, where appropriate, notify people on our email list.
